Qatar is a regional hub for conferences and exhibitions. It hosts many key international conferences on a range of topics from education to finance to social services.
Qatar Tourism Authority is targeting an increase of 20% in the number of visitors over the next five years. As part of this plan, Qatar is investing billions of dollars into tourism infrastructure, including the construction of luxury hotels, resorts and meeting facilities.
Qatar International Exhibition Center
15,000 sq. meter of floor space provides an ideal location for expositions and trade shows of all sorts. Visitors can also find a business center, meeting and VIP rooms, as well as a bank and coffee shop.
Qatar National Convention Center
The soon-to-open convention center provides banquet space for up to 10,000 attendants. Its conference hall can accommodate up to 4,000 delegates. The center also features a 2,300-seat theatre, three additional auditoriums and 57 meeting rooms.
Doha Convention Center and Tower
Located in the heart of the business district, this convention facility will feature panoramic view of the city and sea. The 112-storey tower will include a luxury hotel, offices, apartments and penthouses.
