Doha Festival City (DHFC) will bring two of the world’s most loved characters, Tom and Jerry, to Qatar residents this Eid al-Adha for five days.
In a statement, DHFC said this show brings a hilarious well-loved episode of the world famous double act to life, on a live stage.
The characters play out the story of Tom falling in love and losing interest in chasing Jerry, his archenemy.
After getting frustrated, Jerry brings Tom’s rival street cat Butch, to help recapture his attention.
The funny and classic tale takes us through a fascinating musical chasing tour, using the famous 40’s and 50’s Charlestone, Lindy hop, and Jazz ballet music.
By using the universal language of comedy, families with children of all ages are sure to love this slapstick, dynamic adventure.
The free daily show is expected to enthral the audience for five days all throughout Eid al-Adha.
Timings are: 4pm-4.30pm; 7.45pm-8:15pm; and 9.15pm-9.45pm at DHFC’s Centre Court on the ground floor.
